A statement of work proposal for managing the marketing and site maintenance. This outlines our approach for a small to medium sized business but the actual detail of all we do is more extensive. Please feel free to call. Much of our methodology is proprietary but we can explain it. We also are willing to subcontract for agencies or other firms.
The website is at present incomplete, not generating sales, excessive bounce rate or cart abandonment. We will improve the usability and sales persuasiveness of the site. This begins with a expert site review with recommendations. It can include direct user testing, personal analysis, prototype testing, rapid deployment testing, site design recommendations for your web development team and ongoing site consulting. Site traffic will be monitored and enhancements will be tested and implemented as they show success.
Following an initial interview we will make recommendations about duration of work. Typical site reviews are done in three weeks or less. There is no penalty for termination.Work begins with a signed contract.
