Here's a series of short video of clips of usability testing, from our labs. It demonstrates what a usability test is as well as some common web site problems.
These are very brief excerpts from hour long tests. It is hard to convey the impact of a test in seconds but look at Hank's body language for example or the confusion that Susan shows. There are many clues in these pieces but we wish you could watch the entire tests. Please contact us for more information.
We hope that by watching this, you will begin to understand that every day you wait to test, you are losing potential sales and traffic. It is not uncommon to double sales on a web site after implementing the recommendations our studies reveal. Whether you are selling or not, your site success will improve significantly.
