Todd Follansbee - Lead User Experience Architect - Founder
Todd's interest in technology began when he first went online in 1969. In 1996, as the Internet was beginning, his passion for psychographic marketing and profiling led him to usability and he was soon writing and speaking on TV and at seminars on converting web site visitors into customers.
He has worked or consulted with a variety of companies in the: health, legal, insurance, real estate, sports, software development, training, consulting, niche marketing and publishing fields.
Todd focuses on persuasive architecture and usability testing for both web sites and Pay per Click/Adwords campaigns.

Dr. Deborah J. Mayhew is an internationally recognized author, teacher, speaker and consultant on software user interface design and usability engineering. She has been Owner and Principal Consultant of Deborah J. Mayhew & Associates, a consulting firm offering a wide variety of services related to usability engineering, since 1986. She is a partner to WMR offering her exceptional expertise. Deborah earned her Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Tufts and is widely regarded as one of the first and leading usability consultants in the field.
