The testing environment affects results. Test facilities need to recreate the typical user environment. We test users on business to business sites in a business environment. Sites designed for consumer use are tested in a relaxed home environment. Our test equipment is fully mobile.

Superior preparation delivers superior insights. Candidates are tested for personality profile, learning style, internet experience and matched to client's demographic profile. These detailed user insights, unique to WMR, insures accurate representative test samples. If you are not compensating for these characteristics there is a risk of compromised test results. Most tests are remotely monitored and company representatives are welcome as remote observers.
