Low Risk Monthly Site Optimization Plans

Our customers asked us for a fixed price monthly plan to manage or support their conversion improvement efforts. It also had to pay for itself so their net gain for hiring us was positive.

WMR to become their in-house usability experts to build a great User Experience without the cost of hiring someone full time.

WMR to be available to answer questions at any time and attend meetings remotely when needed.

WMR to design a fixed cost program where revenue increases more than pay for the monthly fee as quickly as possible.

We reviewed our award winning methodology and came up with some options.

Does a monthly plan make sense for your site?
Each site is different with unique goals and challenges. It is our responsibility to develop a plan to suit your site goals. We are happy to discuss how we work, what we see for your site and what might be logical first steps. Plans will balance affordability and your site needs and are based upon fixed hours per month required. If we don't see a way to make the plan more than pay for itself, we won't recommend it.

Terms: For the first three months, you can cancel at the end of any month. After this initial period, we move to three month agreements because once the initial conversion barriers are removed, we invest greater amounts of time in testing and design. While the ROI is typically higher for this work, it takes longer to implement and see the results.

Billing is at the beginning of each month. Standard plans are:

$500 per month (minimum 5 hours)
$1500 per month (minimum 15 hours)
$2500 per month (minimum 25 hours)
Custom plans are available

Your monthly costs are fixed.The cost of the plan translates directly to the amount of time we devote to your site. We will make our recommendation based upon the size of your site, your business goals and what you wish to invest. You can change your plan at the end of any billing period.
