The goal is to demonstrate a system which is easily cost justified and delivers success. The nature of the study will demand that every investment you make, can be "Cost justified". Participants: We will work with whatever development, design and content providers you choose. Risk: we will not be experimenting with unproven technology and you will not be asked to reveal information which you deem to be confidential. We will sign Non-disclosures at your request. Control: ultimately this is your site and you retain final decisions on all costs and changes (just as in a large organization). Your decision to reject any of our recommendations will not be cause for ending the project. Note: we will not accept any compensation for recommending tools or personnel. To apply: you must have an existing online business and you have not worked with a dedicated usability consultant to date. This is likely to be cost prohibitive for companies whose gross margin is less then $5K per month, if you feel that you might soon reach that level though, please feel free to contact us. We reserve the right to limit this offer and we will not work simultaneously for competing businesses Tools: we will provide all our proprietary tools including: Cost Justification, Personality Profiling, UX compliance, and Information Architecture modeling tools. We will also use Google Analytics and Clicktales. Included at our expense will be testing tools such as: Morae (user testing software) and Camtasia (screen recording). We may recommend other tools such as Live Chat or Eye Tracking if they can be cost justified. Cost justification will drive all spending recommendations.
